MR43 Engine Drive
The new MR43 engine is designed for high speed watering applications such as artificial turf watering for cooling and rinsing, high speed dust suppression, effluent disposal, and much more.The MR43E is the same reel and chassis design as the standart MR43. The difference is in the drive system. The new MR43E is engine driven with a reliable 3HP GX series Honda engine with digital rpm readout for high speed retraction rates needed for artificial turf watering, dust suppression, effluent applications and much more! This unit features a belt drive setup with variable speed pulley design for slow, fast, and ultra fast retraction rates that can reach up to 500 feet per hour. An auxilliary 7 gallon fuel tank is mounted on board and the automatic engine shut down system will stop the engine and retration when the irrigation application is complete. The combination of gallons per minute, pressure, and atmospheric conditions such as wind speed will determine your performance characteristics. Shortening tube length can also increase the performance of your Micro Rain.
